Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, if you receive a product that is:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution which may include a replacement or store credit.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
