RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PRETTY RAW

At Pretty Raw, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines to ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed
  • Lace must be uncut and untouched
  • Product must be in original packaging

If these conditions are met, you may request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:

  • Used or installed hair
  • Washed, dyed, or altered products
  • Lace that has been cut or customized

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged products

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
